My path into bodywork began with my own body.

For years I've lived with severe endometriosis and the disconnection it created. In searching for relief, I found something deeper: a slow, gentle way of coming home to myself. That journey became the heart of my professional practice and the foundation from which I can flow whilst remaining rooted.

My work is rooted in Somatic Therapy and Holistic Bodywork. I bring together Level-4 training in Anatomy & Physiology, Holistic Massage and Advanced Myofascial Release, attunements in Usui Reiki and Reiki Drumming, and ongoing learning as a circle holder and Somatic Therapy teaching assistant. But more than qualifications, what I offer is a way of being with your body that is curious, compassionate and deeply respectful.

Reiki, Drumming, Holistic Massage and Somatic approaches intertwine in our sessions. I work with intuitive touch, energy and intention, it is a collaborative experience that supports your nervous system, brings warmth and grounding to your heart, and helps you listen to the messages your body has been holding.

I currently offer a female only service, my space is inclusive and welcoming for trans-women and people from queer and neurodivergent communities. Your individual needs matter, and I’m more than happy to discuss them before we begin.

I hold space offering a facilitation based model: you are the expert on your lived experience. I don’t hand you answers; instead, I ask questions, reflect back what I notice, and support you in feeling rooted in your own sensations, thoughts and feelings so you can begin to trust yourself more deeply as you move forward.

Working with me isn’t a nice-to-have 'treatment', it’s building a collaborative relationship and foundation with your body that we nurture over time. It’s an invitation to be curious and compassionate.
